CONTROL 2024 is now behind us. 

The entire K+D team would like to thank all our customers and partners for visiting us and for the lively exchange of ideas at our booth.

DEMAGNETIZATION OF COMPONENTS

Since demagnetization did not work using conventional methods, a device was built specifically for a customer that works with a "normal" hand magnet/hand yoke.

The component is rotated during demagnetization, moving further and further away from the magnetic field.

MAGNETIZATION AND TESTING OF 2 COMPONENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY

Our automatic drum machine magnetizes two components (in this case rods) simultaneously. Magnetization takes place at the rear of the system.

The components are presented to the inspector, who can then begin the visual inspection under UV light.

The components can be rotated on the holders.

The cycle time for automatic drum machines of this type is approximately 4-5 seconds per component.
