K+D Flux-Technic
Our product range includes crack testing systems and devices, UV LED lamps for crack detection, and matching accessories such as testing equipment, measuring devices for standard-compliant testing, and demagnetization coils.
In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture special systems according to your specifications and requirements. We are also a certified training center of the DGZfP.

APPLICATIONS EXPLAINED:
Magnetic particle testing
Magnetic particle testing is a method for detecting cracks in and/or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials. During the crack test, the workpiece is completely or partially magnetized, depending on its size. The resulting field lines run parallel to the surface.
Dye penetration test
One option for non-destructive material testing is the penetrant method. This reveals open defects such as pores, cracks, overlaps and folds on the surface. Penetrant testing (PT crack testing) is standardized in accordance with DIN EN 571 and DIN EN ISO 3452.
Demagnetization
Demagnetization (also known as degaussing in connection with picture tubes) is a process by which a ferromagnetic material that has become permanently magnetic loses all or part of its magnetic polarization.

K+D Flux-Technic GmbH + Co KG independently plans, designs and manufactures equipment, systems and accessories required for carrying out non-destructive material testing. Our core competence lies in the magnetic particle method.
You can therefore also use us as a competent partner for the qualification of your employees.
We are recognized training center of the DGZfP.
