COPPER-PADS, CONTACT-PADS, and COPPER STRANDS

Copper pads with spiral-shaped copper round cord. Contact surface tin-plated. For stationary crack testing devices or crack testing systems Copper pads are used for component-friendly contacting.

Contact pads are used on quills (usually special systems).

Copper strands for creating special contacts; the strands are available in different lengths and widths.

MAGNETIZING MANDRELS

Are used for contactless combined auxiliary and induction fluxing on ring-shaped or tubular workpieces. The mandrels are also ideal for testing bores.

COIL (closed)

The coils are used together with a high-current generator, e.g., Portaflux 1000, or in test benches to magnetize components in the longitudinal direction.

COIL (collapsible)

The coils are used together with a high-current generator, e.g., Portaflux 1000, or in test benches to magnetize components in the longitudinal direction. Additional advantage: the coils can be opened up.

Magnetic electrodes 1

The magnetic electrodes are used together with a high-current generator, e.g., Portaflux 1000, or in test benches to transfer the test current to the component.

Magnetic electrodes 2

The magnetic electrodes are used together with a high-current generator, e.g., Portaflux 4000, or in test benches to transfer the test current to the component.
