Fully automated PT line for reproducible process reliability

The fully automated line performs all steps of this testing procedure without manual intervention:

1.    Application of the penetrant by immersion.

2.    Exposure time under controlled conditions.

3.    Removal of excess penetrant (washing).

4.    Drying process (oven).

5.    Application of developer (vortex chamber).

6.    Inspection by an employee.

Compliance with standards: Meets international testing standards (e.g., EN ISO 3452 for PT).

The penetration system for the application of a RED/WHITE or FLUORESCENT testing system with E-static

and designed for up to 500 kg consists of the following components:

Penetration station (RED) for penetration with drip area including suction

Washing station for intermediate cleaning

Station for dry development (WHITE) and evaluation including suction

Penetration station (RED/FLUORESCENT) for penetration with drip area including suction.
